Panera Bread

This Panera is truly a humiliation to them all. We always go to Panera when on the road and at home. We have always appreciated the food, service, and hospitality. This Panera was terrible. When we walked in it looked okay. When we used the machines for self order it showed that the strawberries were not available. Not a problem… When we finished our order one of us went to their restroom… and came back disgusted. It would not do to describe it. Too horrendously filthy to even show. One of us ordered a coffee and went to fill the cup… It was cold. When we got to a table lt was dirty. The next one was worse. Finally found a table that looked like it would not give us an ancient disease. Sat down and surveyed the area with repulsion to see all tables in a similar state. Seriously considerin

It's a good place to get stuff they make. The bread was a bit stale it seemed and the chicken in the salad seemed like commercially produced slices with the consistency being a bit off. The beef sandwich was good and the dipping sauce was okay. Coffee was cold. Didn't try the bakery goods but they looked delicious.

I wanted to grab some quick breakfast using rapid pick up since I never use it and was happy because the food was ready by the time I got there. However, as soon as I got to work right after to enjoy my sandwich, I was given about a week old avocado. It was literally BLACK.... I just wanted a fresh avocado sandwich but how can anyone enjoy this or serve a black avocado? I don't think I'll be ordering here again, especially for a $7 breakfast sandwich.

Tried their summer special salad. Pretty good. But they put a literal chunk of frozen chicken in there😭. Im not picky at all, but all the chicken was mad cold and frozen chunk (two actually )is absolutely buns. Everything else is very fresh tho

I ordered online. By the time I arrived and waited in the drive thru, the ice in my soda was gone. This means they immediately poured my soda and it sat and sat until the ice melted and the soda was watered down. Why didn't the server who handed me the beverage see that there was no ice and wasn't fresh? I noticed right away but didn't want to make a big deal of it. Well, I should have. It tasted awful and Panera isn't cheap. Next time I will demand quality!
