Panera Bread

I stopped in for lunch and ordered a sandwich, which was delicious and served perfectly hot—no complaints about the food. However, the cleanliness of this particular location was disappointing. It was very difficult to find a clean table, and I ended up walking through nearly the entire restaurant before finding a spot to sit. It may have been the busy lunch rush, but the dining area felt noticeably dirty and in need of more frequent attention. Great food, but the upkeep of the seating area definitely needs improvement.

Stopped in to grab food for the office. This is one of the bigger locations I have been to. Friendly people and quick service. Food was delicious. I ordered ahead and it was ready when I showed up.

This café is first of all extremely understaffed and they do not have enough people to attend the customers and fulfill the orders. Everything was delayed. My order got screwed up. I ordered an ice chai latte and I got a hot one instead. I didn’t even bother to ask for another one because they were so behind. This place is disgustingly dirty everywhere, including the toaster oven, which obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The staff was so overwhelmed that they kept burning the bakery items going through the toaster. They definitely need more staff and they need to clean their toaster, the entire area and the rest of the café. The bakery case should be completely covered because there were flies swarming everywhere landing on the pastries. It’s disgusting.

Why Panera is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me? Self dispensing, low waste, comfortable environment to get my work day sorted while on the road. Thank you for your service.

I visited this location yesterday for breakfast with my husband. I ordered the yogurt and asked for the fruit to be on the side. When I looked at the fruit, strawberries, they look to be at least a week old, mushy, fermented smell, just gross. This is not an uncommon occurrence for Panera and this location has an extra added bonus, rudeness from the minute, you walk in the door. The cashier was greeted by the person in front of me who said good morning. The cashier did nothing but stare at her and never said a word. She then did the same to me. I don’t understand why businesses feel this is acceptable behavior.
