First time at this location. Clean open very welcoming. Went inside around 745a-8a ordered from the kiosk. Forgot to order a bagel. So I went to the counter were this very joyful young lady was there. Very warm and genuine. I only spent 10mins but Ioved it. Very nice ppl inside this place. A place in which if this is your regular spot you know you will always! Be taken care of
Blown away by the service. I came to the entrance on high street. I walked every which way trying to find an accessible way in, but I couldn’t find one. I placed an order for pick up, and called the cafe counter. It rang and rang, and I was afraid no one would answer. Apparently this one lovely lady was working alone, but she did finally answer. I explained that I couldn’t figure out how to get in but wanted to order. She didn’t argue. She didn’t even sound frustrated. She asked my name and what I ordered and assured me that someone would bring it down the stairs for me. I waited at the tables out front, and someone did! She said it wasn’t a problem, but did tell me where there is a ramp, for next time. She even offered to refill my drink if I needed (it being a very hot day).
This used to be a great panera, but they seem to have given up lately. The baguettes are constantly hard as a rock, ordering soup to go turns into a mess as they never seem to lock the lids on the cups/bowls. The food quality has fallen off a cliff. I don’t think they care much these days.
Good location and service
Spacious store with so many seating area options. Good and quick service. Typical taste and menu. Average pricing and portions.
