Panera Bread

The quality of my soup, bread and apple was the worse. The cashier was friendly but my soup was half full, bread was hard and then I figured I’d eat my apple. My apple was definitely assaulted. Overpriced and bad quality.

I placed a catering order the day before I needed it. I ordered a Greek salad. The day I ordered it I was asked what time for pick up, I stated 6:30pm. The young lady who took my order mentioned it would be ready between 6:15pm and 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:45pm and my order was not ready! I was told “they’re working on it and it should be right out. Mind you I called tried calling them earlier to tell them I would be late. No one answered the phone. I waited an extra 10 minutes before getting my order. Staff are polite but they need to work on being prompt.

Update: Still slow...only now they ask you to pull up to the reversed parking lot. My honest opinion? Shut down the drive thru. Thus restaurant is not meant for drive thru. Staffing and menu does not allow it to operate in such a capacity. The drive through is so incredibly SLOW!! I MEAN COME ON!!!! Portion size is ridiculous small. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging 19.95 for a soup and salad. The salad could fit in the palm of my hand!!!

I recently ordered at the drive thru and after waiting 25 minutes for my order I got frustrated and drove around the car om front of me to go inside. After waiting another 10 minutes my order was handed to me. I immediately checked the bag and should've voiced my concerns about the runny potato soup burned sandwiches abd the super small portions. I didn't, we drove home, upon getting out of the car the watery soup leaked thru the bag and caused the whole bag to rip open and as everything hit the ground I Screamed, we should've never went to Panera bread!!!! I found the number to call and complain Andreas transferred to a manager named Pahola, she was empathetic and apologized and informed me if I wanted to drive back up she would promptly process a full refund. I am so happy to find this Panera in mount holly / Burlington nj area. This is clean, comfortable store and the staff is nice and friendly. No wait , surprisingly quick service and the food is always fresh. Large parking lot and also have drive through They will see me often.. go support this local Panera!
