Keisha and James are absolutely rare beautiful souls! Their warm and inviting personalities caught my attention and pulled me right on in. They were super helpful with the menu and had the absolutely BEST attitudes I've possible ever encountered anywhere! They truly made my first ever experience here a wonderful experience! They are an asset and a blessing to this company no doubt! Thank you both beautiful souls for a wonderful experience! Food was as flavorful as they said it would be! 😁 I'd come back time and time again just to chat with them both! 😁🫶

If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had been coming here Monday-Friday every morning to get a large iced coffee for the last 2 months. I don't know her name but she's the only older light skin black woman that works here with a cocked-eye. She's already very hateful to the average customer. By coming everyday, you start to notice things that people do. This woman will loudly trash talk the customers to other employees like she isn't being heard. I always never spoke to her bc of that & her nasty attitude. She's been rude to me off and on but I just would brush it off. Today she approached me while I was making my coffee accusing me of stealing liquid sugar syrup when I was putting it in my coffee. I'm sorry, how can you steal sugar syrup that is put out to use in

I had the pleasure of being assisted by the very best team at Panera bread. My order was taken by a guy named Zachary (who was very helpful and polite). Not to mention the manager who stepped out front to make sure everything was handled 100%, she was the absolute best, not knowing just how much I needed this that day. Also the two working in the back, Ariel and Vincent was great with getting my order prepared with excellence. I had to ask each of their names before I left, because this was by far one of my best experiences there. Thank you all for making the difference!

I've been to quite a few Paneras and I was very impressed with this one. Everyone was so nice! The food was delicious and tasted so fresh. It was quite busy but they handled the crowd so smoothly and in a timely manner. Thank you to the staff for everything. Lunch was fantastic!
