Panera Bread

I always stop at this location when I drive by and order the same - a bowl of soup and a sandwich. Logically, every time, it falls under their 'pick-two' offer which makes both the soup and sandwich $2 less each. When I ordered it today, I noticed higher than usual total. I inquired and was told 'how were we supposed to know you were ordering two items, and intended to have it as pick-two combo?' No offer to reimburse the difference, no apology. You might have made extra $4 today, but you have lost a customer.

This Panera is pretty good. Adam and Madison were working, in the middle of a snowstorm, and super fast and friendly. Yes, the prices are a little high if you're from down south. This is New York and a rest stop, so the prices are what I expected.

Nice people but no cream cheese for the bagels, the butter was frozen and the toasted bagel was lukewarm so no hope of melting the frozen butter. Overall, not great.

They don’t know how to make cappuccino here. Coffee with hot milk is what they call a cappuccino. I ask management to pay attention to this location and retrain the staff.

Adam saved the day. Order coffee around closing time, was told it was in the pot for less than an hour. I said good enough and Was charged $4 approx and once i took my first sip after 5mins, it was actually cold. Went to the counter and the tall white guy with ponytail told me to use the microwave at the corner of the convinient store.... Adam came up and offered a fresh brew americano... so I kept my calm.... Frnakly people like the tall, pany tail guy dont go far in life. Very bland personality.... well caused panera bread 0 stars. Get rid of this pony tail guy.... just gonna create more low reviews.
