Customer Reviews
Worst Panera ever as far as service goes. Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone took our order. Several employees walked by while we were at the counter and ignored us. It was only when I said hello to a young woman that she said someone would be with us. I ordered the pick 2, soup and salad. The person making the food forgot my baguette, a spoon for the soup, and the dressing for my salad. He also gave my fiancé chips instead of a baguette. Overall, the food was good, but the employees are only talkative amongst themselves and not attentive to the customer. They also made a lot of mistakes when serving. This place isn't busy at all, so I'm wondering if others have had similar experiences?
Sarah, the manager, at night, was a terrible example of leadership, in a customer based setting. She was all about saving money for the company, but forgot the fact that in order for a business to continue to survive, you have to have return customers. She made you feel like you’re a terrible person for asking for what you ordered. Yeah I asked for a lot, and paid a lot, because it’s not just me- I have to ask for the things that everyone in a party of five may not get - like a knife for the spread for one kids bagel, an extra bowl for a split salad, an extra dressing, my extra apple chips, extra pecans (which I asked for when ordering in case there was a charge to pay), the romaine I ordered to add to the apple Fuji. When I went to get it from the pick up counter she was so annoyed and I
Tried all bakery items at Panera Bread and loved them. The chocolate croissant, almond pastry and brownie are the best. Must try if you enjoy sweet bakery treats.
Quick meeting w colleague. Service quick and courteous. While wanting a snack, something simple like Avocado toast shouldn't be restricted to breakfast hours.
I usually order my food on the app ahead of time, and they are usually quick, and the food tastes great. I’ve never had my order incorrect at this location! It’s a good panera!:)
