Panera Bread

I’m glad I see more people on the reviews praising Terry who works at this location. He deserves all the credit and praise. I saw his interaction with the family before me and he was genuinely the same friendly and kind with me as well! You go in for a meal and leave lighter and happier after talking to him. Food was delicious, by the way.

Every time I order a custom snack in this store I pay for everything I order and they never do it correctly. It seems that they do it to implicate a person. You need to pay more attention. Every time the same problem of forgetting or pretending to forget to follow the customer's order. They always make my wrong order

The food is good but expensive. The atmosphere is negative 10 stars. Wait in line to give your order, then wait in line to pick up your food at an ugly delivery window. That experience is okay for a doordash delivery person, but not for a paying customer. By the way, this Panera bread location is on its third decor remodel. Each remodel was less charming and more like any other fast food restaurant. Why do all the chains waste money on redecorating instead of keeping prices low?

The new croissant Toast grilled cheese with caramelized onions, I give it a 4.5 out of 10. The bread is ok, needed more butter, there was not even a hint of butter flavor. The caramelized onions are WAY too sweet. There was no cheese pull. All in all, disappointing. It also wasnt waiting in the rapid pickup box but inside the window where they work. So I sat there waiting for them to put it out after I got notified it was ready for about 5 minutes.

What I can say I love panera’s food But this time I received rotten salad
