Panera Bread

I’ve eating here dozens of times over the years. It’s a great spot to meet a friend for lunch. The food is consistently good (not great, but good.) Honestly though, the staff could be more helpful, and they could definitely keep the restaurant cleaner and the supplies stocked better. The last time I stopped in, no one acknowledged me or helped me, so I used one of the ordering screens to place my order. Also, they didn’t have the pagers stocked, for screen orders. I don’t think this location is managed very well, to be honest, which is a shame. Sometimes my soup is cold, and I don’t always get the correct side dish that I order. But, with that being said, I do come back because I like Panera’s food enough. My go to meal is the “You Pick Two” combo of broccoli cheddar soup and Frontega Chic

It's hard for me not to like a Panera, I'll admit. It's my office with a kitchen away from home. This one is especially good. It's small, intimate. But it's neat as a pin, the staff is efficient and friendly. And it's got everything its larger sister stores has - express, iPad ordering, etc. Loved the fresh juices and fruit on ice by the cash registers! Nothing missing from the offerings - including the bakery. And I like how they are dialed into helping a local cause - LI Harvest. Obviously, this is a very well run Panera. Hats off to management and staff

I ordered a Greek salad and I received a salad with no feta, transparent old cucumbers and got an apple instead of the bread I asked for. Very disappointed, feta makes the entire salad

I spent over 59 dollars in here smh and everything was unacceptable. The cookie was Hard as a brick. The brownie was hard. The bagel was stale. And my drink was all the way OFF. The soup wasn’t even good.

We often come here. Always a nice experience and the food is very good. The salad is excellent
