We went on Sunday for breakfast and it was very disappointed. We ordered the Chipotle Chicken, egg and avo Sandwich and they barely put chicken in it. I ordered a Caramel Latte and couldn’t taste the caramel, I have to ask to put more Caramel as well. For the amount of money they charge I expected better.
We are a regular customer of Panera and we just love coming to this branch (26 The Promenade, Edgewater, NJ). Food, service and atmosphere are just all excellent! Sharon, Luz, Cris are amazing staff, very courteous, friendly and helpful! This makes customers keep coming back. Great job guys! Keep up the wonderful attitude and GOD bless you all…happy customer :)
I was in here yesterday morning eating breakfast when I saw this mouse, video attached. Lost my appetite pretty quickly. Couldn't believe it. I like Panera overall, but can't see how I can return to this location.
I ordered from this place for pickup when i was in store and I did specify no chicken in one of the sandwiches but still they did add it up. Very disappointing.
Disgusting food , never come back anymore here. Is better to eat on garbage bin
