Panera Bread

Visited this Panera Bread location for quick take out lunch. There was no one to take an order so everyone was ordering from self-serve screen. Since I don't visit Panera bread often I wasn't sure what to get so ended up with cobb salad. The place was kind of busy but only one person in the kitchen so it was a bit of a wait. She was quick but it was busy. I think the food at Panera is better dine in.. The salad was a bit soggy by the time I was able to eat it.

Lousy food prep. Instead of making more food, they scraped the bottom of the container for the soup which was all mushy, and filled the rest with croutons just to fill up the cup. Sandwiches while not hard to mess up, were clearly slapped together. Sadly we were the only customers in the building so there was no excuse other than poor laziness. All 9 tables outside including the chairs are covered in bird feces. I get the workers wages are probably quite low, so there is clearly a lack of motivation in the workplace, but the customer pays in the end. Not to forget that 1 cup of tomato soup is $7 which is diabolical. Ill pay the price for soup, not a cup of croutons covered in soup.

Went to this location today for lunch with my daughter. It was very good. There was a small line when we arrived but it went fast after another cashier stepped in. We ordered and the food came quickly. The food was delicious. We sat inside and enjoyed our lunch. I enjoyed the autumn squash soup, it was hot and tasted just right. I got the side of bread which is perfect for dipping into the soup. I would highly recommend you visit this location. Definitely will be back in the near future.

This Panera is the worst. Their customer service is really the pits. We placed a delivery order for our group and after 3 hours it was never delivered. The manager of the restaurant was called several times during the three hours. Each time he assured us that the order was "on the way". Apparently he lied for three hours - I don't understand this. Sounds like a new manager is needed.

I tried getting in contact with an associate or manager multiple times today, but I haven’t been able to get through to anyone. As someone who has worked numerous service-centered jobs, this place is ran terribly. I placed my order 15 minutes in advance, waited an extra 10, and dealt with rude staff, especially from a woman that I am presuming is the manager. My order was incorrect even after waiting 25 minutes, but I needed to get to work (which I was already running late to), so I ended up not eating breakfast.
