I haven’t been to Panera in years, and wanted to try out one of their new summer items! I’m really glad I did. The gal taking my order was so very kind and sweet. And the Steak and Mozzarella sandwich along with the Italian Salad was lovely. Everything was so fresh and flavorful.
Good food, nice environment where people can come to work with their personal equipment/devices while enjoying a nice meal. Good variety of soups, subs, salads, and also some sweet treats or baked goods. They do have some opportunity on cleanliness and can be more organized. Saw some napkins and trash on the floor. The ordertaking representative was kind, knowledgeable and professional, and you could tell the same thing of her manager and rest of staff.
I ordered the Pick 2 with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and a bag of chips. I mostly come here for the Broccoli Cheddar Soup, it's consistently comforting, and just hits the spot every time. The sandwich was a nice surprise too. The atmosphere does have that "hospital cafeteria" feel, but it's clean, casual, and reliable. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which makes every visit easy and enjoyable. I keep coming back for that soup alone. Is this my favorite restaurant? No, what is consistently normal and sometimes I just need that. I also have to give a shout out to them for having lime, sparkling water as it is my absolute favorite beverage.
Went thru the drive to get a sandwich, a lemonade, and a soup. Lady who took my order was passive aggressive and I think she needs help figuring out how to ask questions for an order so that the customer actually knows what the hell is going on. Never ordered from there before and was treated like a toddler for trying to figure out what she was offering. Customer service is hard, I know because I work it, and I also know that even the nicest customers are GOING to seem stupid because they do Not go there Every single day and have everything memorized. Also she didn't put my lid on all the way and the dinky little cup fed my drink to my driveway the second any pressure was applied to the side of it.
Always stop here during my lunch break for a quick, hot meal. Love using the electronic kiosk out front and Panera Bread always has good deals to redeem. Friendly staff and plenty of seating. Bakery goodies were good.
