Staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean, and food was good. We tried the new Croque Monsieur croissant sandwich (tasted just like white slice bread, no croissant similarity honestly) but the combination of ham, cheese, and the caramelized onion was great. I added lettuce to add some freshness, great add on.

Disappointing Portion Size Compared to Other Panera Locations Panera Bread has always been one of my favorite places for lunch — reliable quality and consistent portions. However, the Framingham location has been a real disappointment lately. The sandwich I received today was noticeably smaller — almost 30% smaller than what I usually get at the Natick or Westborough stores. I don’t know if this is due to poor training, cost cutting, or inconsistent preparation, but it’s clearly hurting this location’s reputation. When customers choose Panera, we expect consistency across locations. Unfortunately, Framingham’s portion size feels like a bad imitation of what Panera normally delivers. I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread today. My husband, my 2.5-year-old daughter, and I ordered bagel stacks. I politely asked if the bagel could be lightly toasted because my toddler cannot safely eat very crunchy food. Andrea, responded in a dismissive and rude manner, insisting this could not be done and implying that adjusting the order would result in “raw” meat. When I explained that this was a child-safety concern, Andrea said, “What? You’re going to feed your 2-year-old a bagel stack?” The comment was judgmental and completely unnecessary. I'm only giving it a 2 because it's a sit down place to eat. Most people come in with laptops. But there are only 2 plug ins to charge your computer. That makes absolutely no sense. Fix this please. I give the one in Everett 5 stars for the amount of plus they have in the wall. (Outlets) fix this!
