Panera Bread

Just ordered from here September 26th, 2025. BBQ Chicken sandwich was half chicken fat. How is anyone supposed to eat that? The Chicken noodle soup was all stock, 3 noodles, 2 tiny pieces of chicken. Only one sandwich we ordered was ok. The squash soup was fine. But the annoying part is the first time I called someone answered and hung up. Second time I received the most nonchalant "idgaf" attitude and that they can replace the food when I just said I'm 10 minutes away after the major screw up. Sorry, I can't trust you to replace the food now, there clearly isn't a care for service today. The right way to handle that was a refund. Panera really has gone downhill.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I just had a terrible experience at this location. We ordered a bowl of chicken wild rice soup & they gave us the broccoli cheddar soup. I was kind of sad because I’m sick & was excited for the chicken soup. What really was upsetting was the hair that was in the sandwich my partner was eating! I’ve worked in restaurants my entire life life, I know things happen... So, I call: Cashier: hello 😑 Me: Hello! 😊*explains what happened* Cashier: 🥱😒 yeah, well… the guy making the sandwiches practically has no hair 🧑‍🦲 sooooooo what are you trying to say??? What do you want me to do about it? Me: Well, while he may have little hair, hair can land onto the sandwich from his sleeve or something like that. Plus, I didn’t get the soup I ordered. Cashier: 😒Okayyy???

don’t waste your time stopping here. the quality of their veggies are below standard. clearly the pickle was old and soggy. the mixed greens were black and spoiled. never wasting my money here again

Ordered delivery and my broccoli cheese soup was delivered HOT!!! It was awesome and the best I have ever had! Frontera Chicken sandwich also very good! UPDATE 9/24/23 tried Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with ham and egg and it is an AWESOME mash up of sweet and savory.❤️❤️UPDATE 5/29/24 Tried the Chicken Bacon Rancher and it tasted ok but it was VERY salty. UPDATE 8/7/24 The Ciabatta Cheesesteak tasted amazing and seasoned perfectly. Love the garlic aioli!! The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken tasted great but needed more chicken. Strawberry lemonade had a funny taste🧐UPDATE 8/6/25 Italian Steak & Mozz tasted amazing! Love the flavor of the steak and the tangy seasoning of the garlic aioli and other spices. A must try! UPDATE: 10/15/25 Broccoli Cheddar Soup and French Ciabatta Dipper both delivered piping

I love this place! The food is delicious, the service is quick. You have options to order through your mobile device, the drive thru, in person, or at a mobile stand inside. Their menu changes semi-frequently, and the quality is fresh and SO GOOD! I specifically love the turkey and cheddar sandwich, their mac n cheese, and their potato chips! My husband recently tried one of their new hot sandwiches with chicken, melty cheese, and arugula, and he loved it! Just a side note - my mom passed away last year and Panera was her favorite restaurant. It brings me comfort and nostalgia going there. Thanks for the memories ❤️
