Panera Gainesville makes every morning better! The morning 6:00 am crew is always cheerful, professional, and genuinely focused on great service. Whether I’m grabbing coffee or picking up a fresh Baker’s Dozen of bagels for the team, everything’s ready on time and done right. It’s become a weekly ritual I look forward to. I’ll keep coming back! ☕🥯👏

Often busy. Went in support of a fundraiser once and wow! Crazy busy! But good for that cause. Food is good. Agree with other reviews that you generally order online or at a kiosk here. They do have cashiers if you have to have that human interaction, you just might have to wait because they're out straight prepping orders. 😉 Staff interactions have been friendly.

I like how much natural light comes inside. I need all the bright and light possible. Especially in the mornings it helps to wake me up. I come to Panera to do a little work and grab a sandwich breakfast and their caramel latte. Always make sure to input my phone number to get rewards. This specific Panera is clean and organized. Restroom are clean- always appreciate a clean restroom. Employees are polite and food comes out fast.

Terrible experience. Not clean, food was bland and the tuna was not more than a few tablespoons. They also gave us the wrong sandwich. Had a chicken BBQ and it was the same. They can't remain in business much longer. Sad, I remember when Panera was a great place to eat.

i’m not one to complain about panera i feel like they normally do a good job. i always get the chipotle avo melt and it’s normally filled with avocado since that’s literally in the name and everything else and it’s normally delicious but i mobile ordered today and they gave me a singular sliver of avocado and i feel like that is just disrespectful considering i was treating myself to panera today and this stuff is expensive as hell. will be going to a different panera from now on.
