I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly felt compelled to share this. My mom was a patient at Jackson Memorial Hospital for over 20 days, and during that time I came to Panera Bread almost daily. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and healthy, but what really stood out to me was the staff. When you’re walking through something difficult, the people who greet you each day matter more than they know. Every single person working there was kind, patient, accommodating, and genuinely warm. They had bright personalities and such a welcoming energy, and they truly made my days a little lighter during a very hard time. You never know what someone walking through the doors is carrying. The portion size has drastically gotten smaller. I ordered the 1/2 Frontega chicken sandwich and the portion was tiny. I’ve ordered the same thing several times and it was much larger. When I asked about it the manager said that the only thing that had changed was the shape of the bread. She did not offer to remake it and appeared very unconcerned.

Got bagels, needed more cream cheese, paid $4.06, opened the cream cheese and it was ROTTEN!! It gets better, the cream cheese was expired!! 🤢

I was there 11/13/25 @ 3:18pm. My cashier, Imani, was thee absolute sweetest person! Patient! Knew her stuff and even helped me choose because of course I couldn’t make my mind. This young lady gave not only myself but every single individual in the line Premiere customer service! She’s amazing! Imani, if you see this: Thank you so very much! I wish you the very best. May God continue to bless you! THANK YOU! Also, MY FOOD WAS SO TASTEY! Warm and came out in a timely manner! Everything was fresh and accurate! Definitely an A1 experience!
