Panera Bread

This place is filthy and disgusting. Dust all over the overhead lights, along the floor edges, under the tables, seats are ripped, and every counter had trash/ crumbs on it. Food had dark brown avocados and when i ask for a replacement sandwich without avocados they still give me more brown avocado. This is the dirtiest restaurant i have seen in a long time and i travel a lot.

The dirtiest Panera Bread that I've ever been to. I visited at 10am on a Sunday morning. Many of the booth seats are ripped apart. In the same image of the torn booth seats you can see how dirty the floors are. This restaurant clearly didn't even clean up at shift end the previous night or even bother to clean in the morning hours. In another image I posted you can see the dust/dirt buildup in the air vents but most disgusting is the 1/2 inch thick dust on the lighting and pipes sitting on top of them. In the last image two of the napkin dispensers where empty and not replenished. Also noticed a lot of grime building up around the floor to wall edges. I could only imagine how disgusting the kitchen is. My recommendation would be to have management replaced and have employees retrain

My first time dinning at this Panera bread and the food was horrible I ordered 2 bowls of soup and I swear that was more like less than half a bowl and I sat for more than 1/2 hr for soup ! And to get the soup COLD! I am sure I didn’t order cold soup and out of the 2 orders only one piece of rock solid bread I got. Told them the soup is cold and the took it to warm to just bring it back luke warm ! I will for sure never go to a Panera Bread again ! I get more soup at Mariano’s for what I paid here !

honestly, the bug in my salad seemed hungry so I get it. But definitely didn't sign up to share my food

Stopped by here on our way to Galena, Illinois. I am also visiting from Melbourne, Australia and thefood here was ok Nothing special for me. I wasnt blown away for the process I paid for :/. I had hazelnut coffee which seems to be popular. Sandwich was dry, it lacks salt. Feels like i was just eating a toast.
