Panera Bread

Somehow we never remember to go to Panera but then when we come back to it, we discover how much we liked it after all. The salads are always made fresh. The breads are delicious. And the bakery is great.

I had such an amazing experience at this Panera location today. I came in just expecting a normal meal, but the customer service completely made my day. A worker named Trent helped me out, and he was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met at any restaurant. He was super respectful, patient, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. On top of that, he unexpectedly gave me my whole meal for free, which was honestly such a kind and generous thing to do. You don’t see that type of care and kindness from people very often anymore, and it really stood out. Trent didn’t just do his job — he went above and beyond to make someone’s day better. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Panera again, and I hope he gets recognized for how great he is with customers. T

I’ve visited this location before and really enjoy their bowls and wraps. Unfortunately, during my last visit I wasn’t able to go inside because I saw a dog just past the entrance. I don’t have anything against dogs, but I was bitten in the past and have been pretty fearful ever since. I waited outside for a few minutes hoping the dog would leave, but it didn’t, so I ended up going elsewhere. I hope there might be a way to make the space feel comfortable for customers with similar concerns.

Twice I have come here, wanting just like a bagel or some bread and cream cheese; and twice I’ve just had my food shoved into a bag and handed off. Not asked if I was dining in or taking out. Not asked if I wanted my food warmed/toasted. Had to ask one of the kids serving on the line for a dish. Kids rather be socializing than serving customers. I thought I’d give this place a chance again. Nah, definitely not again.

We recently visited Panera Bread and had a great experience. The food was fresh and tasty, just what we were hoping for. The staff were very attentive and friendly which made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and good service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
