Panera Bread

During my initial visit to Panera Bread, I encountered challenges while attempting to place an order through the mobile app. Fortunately, the cashier displayed exceptional kindness and went beyond expectations to assist me throughout the ordering process. The efficiency of the service resulted in a prompt fulfillment of my order, and the overall environment reflected a commitment to cleanliness. The positive and helpful demeanor of the staff contributed to a satisfactory experience.

This was the first time I ate at a Panera Bread, since there is not one in Richmond. It wasn't bad. I wouldn't make a special trip to eat at one. I had a Ciabatta Cheese steak sandwich, Kettle Corn Chips, and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious. If one comes to Richmond, I will try it again.

Every table was dirty. Trash all over the floor. I spoke to 2 employees and they never even spoke back to me. How rude!? Very disappointing considering I love Panera. I got the Cesar salad. Little to no dressing on it. Had to go back and ask for more. Broccoli cheddar soup was good. Stale bread baguette. A reasonable person would expect more for the price. $14.00+ for one person.

Ordered broccoli cheddar soup bowl and got basically gor a cup of soup. Definitely wont come here again; ill stuck to the panera in Cincinnati tables and booths where dirty

Good songs good paintings they're already celebrating Halloween good vibes nice areas and there's not a lot of stuff and barely any people so it's quiet. Good tables 5 stars. -Review by Noah (6 Years old)
