Panera Bread

Very disappointed, I selected the Take Two, cup of French Onion soup and a 1/2 of an Italian Market Salad. Please update the photo you have online of the salad or let me know if what I received was a mistake, they look nothing alike. Thank you for your time!!!!! Update: I posted this review 2 weeks ago and still have not received a response. Very disappointed in the customer service at this local location and that there was absolutely no response from corporate!!! Horrible accountability and customer service!!!!!

I find Panera's food to be good. They need to change their drive thru service. When you order on the app and select pickup via drive thru, there should be two separate lines. One for app orders and drinks. Any other items that need preparation, need a separate line. I was on a line with at least 7 cars and waited at least half hour or more, to get my app order that has been ready for 30 minutes or more. If they had two separate lines OR a separate parking section where the customer can call for their app order it would be more efficient. The line would be shorter and customers' that order in advance won't have to wait half hour plus on line for their order. OR, if a customer orders items that need preparation, then they should pull over to a waiting area until their order is ready and wil

I ordered a new harvest medley chicken salad on Uber eats, and they delivered with no chicken. Paid extra for nothing. Disappointed.

We went there to have a meal indoors, ordered soup and sandwich, and we served in paper cups. A plastic spoon I can understand if it was to go order but it was obviously not a to go order the quality of the sandwich was horrible. Very small amount of meat on it and way too much tease to go with that meat. That’s all you tasted. I have noticed the quality of this restaurant is going down. I hope they correct it otherwise I won’t be returning

I had a very frustrating experience at Panera Bread today. My drive-thru order was missing items, and I only realized it after I had already driven off and reached home. I don’t know why they would tape the order if they don’t have the intention to check before delivering the order at drive thru.When I went back to get what was missing, there was no apology, no courtesy, and no sense of accountability from the staff. I had to drive all the way back and waste over 20 minutes of my time to fix a mistake that was entirely theirs. Mistakes can happen, but the complete lack of customer service or empathy made it much worse. I expected better from Panera — especially considering their prices and reputation. I hope management takes this as feedback to train the team on basic customer service an
