Panera Bread

30 minutes waiting in a Drive-Thru of which 8 was sitting at the order terminal with nobody to take my order. $10 for a bowl of soup and a piece of bread that were pre-made and had to be ladled into a to-go cup. Couldn't even put a napkin in the bag. Do not recommend if you don't want to spend too much money and too much time for too little. Better Staffing would go a long way to changing this review.

We had a fantastic experience grabbing breakfast here recently. We ordered several customized breakfast sandwiches, and I was really impressed that every single one was made with care and exactly how we ordered them—they tasted great! The app updates were super helpful for timing; we knew exactly when to pull into the drive-thru lane. When we got to the window, the staff was friendly, and everything was packaged neatly and ready to go as promised. We were very pleased with the seamless service and will definitely be back.

It's a small store located on 4 Seasons Blvd in Hendersonville. A great place to meet with friends and family, have an inexpensive yet delicious meal, a variety of teas -Pomegranate blueberry is my favorite 😍, and tasty treats that can't be denied! The service is great, the staff is so gracious, and I highly recommend it!

Always good bread bowls. Saw the manager working so hard. I was surprised to see drive thru because I think the chain has done very well without them. It might hurt there quality of the service & product. Plus cool art. Thank you kindly.

currently writing this review from the drive thru, as i am literally trapped here and cannot get out without going through and have been in line for going on 30 minutes now. wait time is genuinely insane and that’s coming from someone who has worked at panera. they need to get on top of their line times, especially in a fenced in drive thru where people cannot leave if they change their mind while waiting the hour it apparently takes to get to the service window. would love to tell you how my food is but alas, there is still two cars in front of me. will update when i get through the line, which at this rate will probably be twenty minutes from now.
