Panera Bread

The first time I had panera, I had a bad experience, the only thing good was the Mac and cheese. I ordered their sandwiches, and a mango smoothie, with the Mac and cheese. Only the Mac and cheese was enjoyable, the mango milkshake was disgusting and pasty, made your throat filled like it was being filled with glue, made my stomach hurt. But, today I was hungry, desperate and wanted the Mac and cheese again and wanted to try their cookies this time, I also gave their strawberry and banana smoothie a chance, after all not a lot of places know how to make good mango smoothies since it's seasonal. This location tends to get busy with all the students nearby, so perhaps others have experienced the rush and the reviews reflect that... but for me, I order ahead on the app, and it is always on time, hot, and fresh. The staff is always friendly, warm, and welcoming. They are quick to problem-solve if you have an issue.

Fire everyone and start over! Possibly the worst Panera in the chain? We're middle aged locals. Our last three experiences have all been similarly terrible. We will not be retuning to this location. No one at the front of the house to where we had to call out to someone in the back to simply take our order. Minimal communication and/or reading skills to where ordering something as simple as soup is difficult for staff. All orders prepared incorrectly/missing elements. Dinning room a total mess; food/trash covered tables, visible food on floor and overfilled dirty dish areas. Our last time there we took 35 minutes to eat and no staff member entered the dinning room... People allowed to lotter for possible hours at a time. Went after work to purchase a get ,2 which was a ciabatta sandwich with the French dip and a chicken noodle soup. The only thing good about this combo was the chicken noodle soup. The ciabatta bread was so flat I saw her wrapping it in the paper but I didn't think anything of it then when I got home all the way to hallandale there was hardly any meat on this bread no cheese and definitely no aioli sauce. Oh yes and let's talk about the French onion soup supposedly for you to dip your sandwich when I open the cover it was thick and I thought it was actually gravy and then when I put my spoon in it would stick because it was all onion. I'm so sorry I didn't take pictures of this I'm just so exhausted from work and to be honest didn't even finish this meal. I always go to my local one in hall
