Panera Bread

Food was ok after they made a new plate since the first had hair in it. When I took my hairy food to the counter, the worker seemed shocked and confused as to what I wanted. They also gave me a torn bag of chips. On top of that the sitting area was an absolute mess, trash and food waste everywhere.

The place was a filthy mess. Food on the floor. Trash overflowing (before the real lunch crowd). Common sense told us to leave. My heart told us to give Panera a break & order anyway. Big mistake !! The sandwich was cold and apparently "dumped" onto the platter and topped off with stale chips. Caveat Emptor must be their standard of excellence. My First Visit is my Last Visit.

Pretty decent Cheesesteak, Good enough to make me want to come back for more menu options. The Ciabatta paired with the bite of sweet peppers and melty provolone made the meal. Excellent menu selection and fast service. Loved the spacious, softly lit dining area and high speed WiFi. Did not, however, appreciate the fact I had to look around to find a trash can empty enough to dispose of my refuse after the meal.

The staff here are AWESOME!!! You can really tell that this establishment is ran by managers who care and understand how to run a business well! I ran into an issue with picking up my order and my problem was solved instantly! It really made my day. Thanks so much!

The food was OK, but nothing special. It was my first ever visit. The staff were all great and it has a laid-back vibe in the dining area. I was kind of let down about paying 40$ for 2 people to eat and not enjoying the food a little more. It's worth a try for a decent sandwich and decent soup. It's a new place I had to try and glad I did.
