Panera Bread

I ordered from DoorDash today, around a 60$ order including the fees and tips. I order from Panera quite often, as it’s one of my favorite places to eat. Today I was extremely disappointed in receiving my order, I was missing both of my French baguette sides, which I paid for the honey walnut spread specifically for those. I ordered the mitten cookie, and received a pumpkin cookie instead, I understand you could’ve been sold out but you’re supposed to accommodate to the customers replacement and nothing was asked. And for my Caesar salad, which is the most disappointing part, no one wants their salad they ordered with dressing, without dressing! Clean environment. Food was delicious and service was quick. Kid friendly menu. Drink options was slim. They only have Pepsi products. The tea tasted old. The chicken Caesar salad and tuna sandwich was delicious, will definitely get again. I love that all of their breads are sourdough based.

Really filthy dining rooms. Such sticky bathroom floors my feet kept getting stuck.. the food was pretty average but the mac and cheese just wasn’t worth it to me. Very flavorless. Seemed too hot like it was microwaved.

We stopped in for a coffee and decided to have a breakfast sandwich too. I have to say, the sandwich was very good. Definitely fresh and delicious. Their coffee was good too. We relaxed at a table and enjoyed both. Very nice experience and thumbs up to the food. We will return. This is a nice location.

I have now ordered from Panera about 10 times in recent months. Obviously, the food is good or I would have gone elsewhere. The pastries are excellent. They have good texture. They are always fresh. Sometimes they sell out but generally I have been able to get what I wanted. We met the manager, and he was very friendly and enthusiastic. The staff has also reflected this attitude. One person stands out, in particular. I have ordered bagels here on numerous occasions. I asked Brianna not to use their bagel machine to cut the bagels. She told me she does not use that machine "because it is evil." I agree. It does not cut the bagels evenly. Another employee, Brenna, agreed with this assessment and also was happy to cut the dozen bagels by hand and was very friendly and helpful. We very much
