Panera Bread

I come here 5 days a week, using the my panera app I feel the variety and quality of food here aswell as the comfort of the location makes it well worth while! I average around 10.50 a meal order an entre and drink with sipclub. This panera does frequently have problems with fast orders, they typically take 20-30 minutes but I have had some days that make it take even longer. For me though, that is not an issue at all! They offer 2$ credit whenever this happens, since I come here for 2 hours at a time, I always enjoy my food and it’s permanently discounted. Just be cautious ordering if you don’t have much time, or order 10 or so minutes before you plan on coming. Someone wrote kind messages on the bags one time and that was really nice :D

Nice environment, nice staff, especially Maneva. He's always warm and kind to you, greets you with a smile and ensures you get your things on time and makes you feel better by making you feel welcome. Always appreciate his efforts! Also, the location is super close to Pattee, so you can always get your morning coffee without being late for class. The staff's polite and keep the place clean.

Be prepared to wait a L O N G time for your food. I've stopped going to this Panera location because I got fed up with placing an advanced order in the app for a particular time and then showing up to find that my order is NEVER ready on time. People at a university have busy schedules and tons of meetings to go to, and this Panera location was actually having a negative impact on my job. I either have to make the decision to get a refund and then not eat and get dizzy with a terrible headache while teaching (I have hypoglycemia), or be late for my next class or meeting. That's a terrible choice a professional should never have to make if a food establishment is run competently. Placed order at 7:24pm. I am still waiting on my order 30 mins later. Multiple ppl working not sure why it is taking so long. Other than ppl who ordered AFTER me are getting their orders BEFORE me. I am loosing faith in the Panera chain. Highly disappointed since I have 1 hr to drive home. If I would have known.

It is actually absurd how slow this place is. It is not possible to eat lunch here unless you plan on hanging around for an hour waiting for your food. They also seem to make a lot of errors with orders. I’m a vegetarian, and they have put meat in my food multiple times, even when I have ordered off the vegetarian menu or specified no meat.
