Panera Bread

No star! Slowest service ever, eating in or drive-thru!! One morning I was the only car in drive-thru, waited 15 minutes for 1 sandwich! If there are other cars in drive-thru, wait is guaranteed to be 15 to 20 minutes! Order correctness is hit or miss, mostly misses! Associates in majority are not friendly. This location is an insult to the Panera Way!

First, there’s absolutely no explanation why I have to wait 20 mins in a drive thru for an order I placed ahead. Do better. For people who have complicated orders, go inside. For the love of God! Second, my breakfast sandwich order was wrong. I didn't even check before leaving, because I was already running late due to the 20 minute wait at the DRIVE-THRU. Panera, will you reimburse me for this?

I generally enjoy the service, food and atmosphere of this location. I am a sippers club member and got a special for $2 to try the new hot chocolate. I was hoping it was something special since they were promoting it. I was sorely disappointed. It tasted like half a scoop of instant hot chocolate made with a cup of sweet cream. It was way too sweet and there was really no chocolate flavor. I will keep coming here for other items but don’t waste your time with the hot chocolate,

Hmm. This location wasn’t terrible but I’ve been to way better locations. The service could be better. When taking someone’s order it’s all about tone but I get it people are different. The young lady at the window was nice so I know she didn’t take my order. Hospitality aside, my meal was not as expected. I got a 1/2 soup and salad and a whole salad. Why does the 1/2 salad and whole salad look the same for an additional $5. The half bowl was full and the whole bowl is half empty. It’s hilarious but not.

I ordered the Grilled chicken and avo BLT. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken was in little pieces which fell everywhere, the tomatoes were grainy, the lettuce was wilted and the bacon had hard cold white grease all over it, and I had to gnaw through the bread to bite it. I also ordered a fruit cup that came with Mellon and pineapple. The flavors did not mesh well together. The fruit cup had about 2 oz of fruit in it. For the money I paid, I was very disappointed in the size of the sandwich.
