Panera Bread

Had a good dinner here tonight. Food was warm and tasty. Staff were friendly. Atmosphere was clean the bathroom was literally freshly cleaned right when I walked in. Make sure to check your food if you order takeout as they were missing some items to people's orders, but were happy to correct any mistakes.

Now this review is well over-do. Talk about a 180 Degree Turn around. If you are local to this location lets just keep it honest...this store had preformed below its potential to put it politely. Not uncommon for Fast-Casual style restaurants to get in a rut. BUT To whom ever took this place by the horns, did a full over-haul on the staff, service, and general food...Great stuff! I am here very often and bring my clients here a lot. Its important to me that they are treated well and just in general not in a unpleasant place. This new team in place has done exactly that over the last several weeks. So happy to see it come back alive, I encourage everyone who might have been disappointed in the past here to give it another shot. Communication is very important to them, so don't be afraid to

Generally a decent experience at Panera. I’m normally pretty happy with their food, although I’m worried now that they aren’t really washing or checking ingredients. I found a dead bug in my sandwich that I’m guessing had made its way into the lettuce. It’s a pretty off putting thing to find, so I’d be a bit hesitant about this particular location in the future.

Jessica was amazing! We were traveling with our dogs, so I called ahead to see if they had outdoor seating. She was extremely pleasant on the phone. When we arrived, she came outside with cups of cold water and pup cups for both of our dogs. She also took very good care of the six people in our group. She's a huge asset to this location and the company! If we lived closer, we'd be back all the time!

I love Panera Bread, but gosh, it's gotten so expensive! Also, it's 5° outside and they have the air conditioner on in the seating area and no heat. It's absolutely freezing in the seating area!! The food was almost cold by the time we sat down to eat with our parkas on. Not happy.
