Panera Bread

Ordered some bagels to pick up for breakfast. Some were burnt and some were undercooked and missing ingredients. On top of that they email me to say the order is ready for pickup, but I still have to wait 15 minutes for them to slice and put 6 bagels in a bag

Found a black strand of hair in my food when I called a woman answered and told me that I have to bring the bowl back in order to get a refund or they can give me a remake. I was at work so I had to wait to get off. When I arrived the manager on duty wasnt aware of my situation so maybe the woman earlier just assumed that I was lying for a free meal. Staff was apologetic and put a rush on my remake. My only complaint is the hair and the earlier woman.

Parking lot has debris everywhere, bathrooms are dirty with trash (bottle caps, wrappers, toilet paper etc.) on floor. Left over Food trays just laying around. Crumbs all over tables, booths and floor. People sleeping while charging phones. Not a single employee walked by to sweep, wipe a table or ask the gentleman if he was OK.

Bacon chicken ranch was 5/5 squash, soups, four out of five was rather sweet, beef ciabatta with French onion soup was three out of five

Usually clean. Salad was good. Grape tomatoes in salad were a bit over ripe.
