Panera Bread

The staff at the location were friendly and informative. The location was not overly busy during the lunch hour. We were able to sit and talk while waiting for our food and stay a little longer after eating to finish our conversation. I tried the new bacon, chicken and ranch sandwich. It was tasty. However, it definitely didn’t look like the photo on the menu. Fountain drinks are Pepsi brand. Sweet tea is apparently DIY.

Very bad experience at Panera Bread. I was treated poorly and discriminated against by the manager because I was accompanied by my service dog. The employee who stated he was the manager said he did not “see” that my dog was a service animal and told me my dog could not be there. I calmly explained that my dog is a service dog, was properly leashed, and I even offered to show identification. The manager refused to look at it and continued with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Service animals are protected by law, and a manager should be trained to understand and respect these rights. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated. Panera should provide better training to its managers and staff. I do not recommend this location.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the Panera Bread near me because Charles, Julie, and Karen are absolutely AMAZING! They’re always so friendly, welcoming every customer with genuine smiles and engaging in real conversations that brighten your day. They crack jokes, create a fun atmosphere, and make every visit feel personal. Charles, the manager, truly sets the tone. When he’s there, the store is spotless and the whole team runs like a well-oiled machine. As Sip Club members who visit many Paneras across Florida, I can honestly say there has never been a Panera quite like my Panera. In a time when good service and great food can be hard to come by, this crew delivers it every single day. They’ve set the bar high, and they deserve all the praise! It’s crazy how the manager is on the kitchen giving orders with a carpet on his hand but don’t do anything just give orders while the front is unattended with no one in it and u have to ask if there’s anyone available and the person look lost they need to be on alert and make sure people are being serve the right way . This the second part of the story I went in a different day on the driveway and of course my order was completely wrong Justin that helped me scream once to stop me when I stopped my can he just close the window so I’m thinking ok everything is good and of course when I arrive to my destination my order was completely wrong. They really need to check their people from the supervisor to the staff.

Well I had a very bad experience there. Rude behavior of a staff Member. Also I was there many times and ordered just a drink, they clear the order to desapear from their board but put not out the cups. If you ask, you have to proof your order, cause a cleared order than is no longer visible, they say. Me and Friends/Family had that more than just one time. So Panera actually is good, but this location not really is. Maybe they will improve and I'll consider a better review.
