Panera Bread

Some of the people are really friendly but others are not. Multiple times I've been here and had someone get snippy with me. It's really frustrating. I love the old menu panera had. The new menu isn't all that great but some of the stuff is decent. The tuna was super wet. Like so wet it soaked through the paper wrapped around the sandwich. The bravo club was actually pretty good. I enjoyed that way more. The chicken on my other sandwich was very fatty but otherwise good.

Waited 15 minutes for a toasted bagel. And they were not busy. Guy a head of me wait 18 for his toasted bagel. Food was great, place is clean, but come on.

They make my favorite mac&cheese but thr last two times I've ordered it, it was way too dry! They painted the place and put in New tables and seats which is nice. But, the people they getbto take your order are often barely able to communicate normally.

This is by far the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I have visited multiple times over the past year and every time (regardless of ordering via in person, mobile, or at a kiosk) it takes over 45 mins for me to get a single sandwich. They always have plenty of staff and are not busy. I have no idea how it is possible to have such slow service, I could go to a steakhouse and receive my food much faster. I ordered a mobile drive thru order and came through 10 mins after I ordered, no one was in line inside or out and I was told it would be 45 mins until my sandwich and soup would be ready and to come back later……

Food was good, but today we waited over an hour for our soup and sandwiches. This was crazy. Many others waited also. Was it a shortage of help? They had a sign out saying it may be a 1/2 hour wait, but who looks for anything but the menu boards?
