Panera Bread

Restrooms are awfully dirty. What about their kitchen? I’m not sure. The soup was watery but I guess inflation is causing it. The sandwich was fine. Last Panera manager was greedy and gave us only 5 croutons in our soup. This place was very generous!

I did an order online to pick up an order for me and my daughter. This was my 1st time ever eating at a Panera. When I entered the restaurant to get my online order, it was a line at the door. The staff was friendly to the people whom they had interacting with. As the line moved, I was able to see the area to pick up my order. First off, my order was correct, so I was glad to see that. As for how it tasted, it was delicious. I got to say that tuna salad sandwich is probably the best tuna sandwich I ever had. All the rest of the food was delicious as well. This is one of my new favorite restaurants.

This place has been trash to be the past couple times. After today, I will NOT be going back. The restaurant is unclean and the walls next to booths are disgusting. Always something missing from a sandwich when I order one and the Mac and cheese seems like is like 3 day old. I’m beyond disappointed in the amount of restaurants declining in Macon. Not to mention how OVERPRICED it all is.

Absolutely awful experience. I almost never give a 1 star but....... ordered breakfast sandwich on app with rapid pick up. Got there and nothing there. It happens. But employees not helpful at all. I had all info on my phone as I waited for them to do something but they just trying to make it look like I made a mistake, asking if maybe I ordered for a different location, or did I order for another day. I was reading the correct info from my confirmation but they never bothered to look at it. They then became more concerned with whether their online system was down, never addressing my situation. After 7-8 minutes I told them to just keep it as I had to get to work (which I had also mentioned while I was there). Wasted $13.00.

This is the second time my husband and I visited Panera Bread. The first visit, the food was pleasantly good. The turkey sandwich was delicious and the pastry, oatmeal cookies and the cranberry cakes were very tasty. However, we returned 2 days later and wasn't satisfied. The grilled chicken AVO(Avocado) & BLT was not a hit. The sandwich felled apart, not enough meat to hold it together. I got more parsley veg than anything. I expected more for our money that we spent and the cinnamon buns were extremely hard, the kitchen sink cookies were hard, the oatmeal cookies were the best! My dad use to tell me my eyes were bigger than my stomach. He knew what he was talking about. Dad RIP.. I'm done with pastry until I can try their braided pecan.
