The girl working in the Drive-Thru was really kind but I understand the low ratings. Look at this tomato in my sandwich. The food at this location just not up to par with Panera bread's reputation. Tried to eat as much as I could to not waste money but ended up throwing it out. Will not be spending $6 on a breakfast sandwich with these results again.
I ordered Soup and a French Dipper sandwich in the drive thru line. When I got home the only items in the bag were the soup and sandwich dipping sauce. No Sandwich, Bread, or Napkins. I tried calling the store 3 times and nobody will answer and you cannot leave a message. I was the only car in the drive thru line.
If you like eating in Alaska, this is the right place for you! The AC is strong so bring a sweater. The price point is higher but the food quality was on par. My wife enjoys pronouncing the sandwich names in French, but unfortunately that does not count for any bonus points when you order. The syrup for the Pepsi was off and I made the staff aware. The hot tea passes the mother test! My wife said that it was c'est magnifique.
Literally one of the most overpriced, poor quality restaurants anywhere. It’s amazing how they keep raising the prices, while simultaneously lowering the quality. I used to love the food. But now, no thanks. Won’t be going back.
I just got 2 chocolate croissants they were warm and melted into my mouth as I ate them they were really good.
