Panera Bread

I visited Panera on my lunch break for work. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and was excited to try it. I haven't had Panera in years so I thought I'd give it a try since it was close by. The service I got was great the staff was friendly and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was very cozy. This all sounds great but there was just one problem. The food, the main reason I visited, my salad had raw uncooked chicken in it, I didn't notice and had eaten some pieces that were rubbery and looked down to see some pieces were pink with red spots so that was totally gross. I went up to the counter and said I can't eat this and it was inedible and told them about my chicken being raw and rubbery and the staff replied "yeah, the chicken is questionable here" this was unsettling to say the least a

Always have a great time here, but this time especially. Adam is an incredible associate who was extremely kind efficient and went above and beyond! Scott is a great manager and was very kind and personable as well! Our food was amazing and this is one of the few places recently where I left smiling from great service, prefect preparation of food, and just in general great people!

Ordered a to go order and it was perfect. My favorite is the Mediterranean Greens with Grains 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. I requested extra peppers, shawarma seasoning and extra dressing. They followed instructions and presented a beautiful salad.

I used to love eating at Panera, but is this the full-size salad portion now? $16 for this?

The manager at this location is amazing! My Mom left her purse and he took the time to search for her phone number and call. When I picked up the purse he was very polite and professional. We are very thankful he took the time to call.
