Panera Bread

We had a good drive-thru experience. Service- wise: workers were all working hard and very polite and nice! They also got everything in our order correct? And made sure to give us napkins and spoons!!! Whew!!! Haha ;) This is my first time visiting this location in a year or more. Only been once before. Got 2 you-pick-two's. Broccoli and cheddar and tuna sandwich. The soup flavor and consistency and see was consistent. Mayo in the sandwich are something in the sandwich tasted a little sweet for my liking. Otherwise it was good and actually had a good amount of everything. I was a little surprised! Tomato, basil and grilled cheese. This soup was also consistent. I do writer’s days here by myself sometimes, but mostly with other writers in my family. I have a sip club membership and drink coffee & tea all day plus get my lunch here. They have the best hours in town; 6AM to 9PM. I also love that there are lots of windows, but also cozy nooks and a fireplace wall. Dress warm or with layers. If one of the coffee choices gets cool or the cream is low, ask and they will get right on it.

Overall, this needs Panera needs someone to help them. I love Panera, but when visiting this one from out of town I was shocked. There wasn’t one clean table to sit at, when I asked for a modification on my sandwich they didn’t know how to ring it in. Overrall, I can see people being understaffed as an issue, but there were plenty of people standing around on their phones while at the register and not one cleaning. I almost asked for a rag to wipe down my own table. And their pop machine didn’t have ice that would come out, so when I asked one of the employees prepping my food for ice he seemed so annoyed with me. I definitely think this Panera needs some love.

Was there with my buddy couple days ago. food was good but to the employee that made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. You went above and beyond Thank you Kathy. I will be back
