Panera Bread

Carry out order was far from meeting my expectations.....since when do u get soup without a side bread? For starters.....second 20bucks for a soup and sandwich combo is outrageous in my opinion.....third the soup was runny not thick like all previous experiences with this establishment

Such an unhealthy business hiding behind their posted morals. Long-Chain Triglycerides (LCTs) are heavy in this business. Usually very good, fast, and delicious. Today though, I ordered 2 pick 2s for pickup; a soup and sandwich and a soup and salad. I always do a bag check before I leave the restaurant when ordering pick up. Today was no different and I saw that everything was there. I get home and realize the caesar salad had no dressing. So now I paid $5.59 for a bowl of lettuce, cheese, and a few croutons. So yes, I guess I should’ve checked fore throughly but also, would’ve taken employees less than a minute to put a container of dressing.

It is a good Panera. Clean, quick, quality food and friendly staff. We came for lunch and service was still quick and the dining run clean. Like all Paneras the price is on the higher side of quick amd easy lunch, but you pay for what you get. You'll leave happy and feel good about what you ate.

The gentleman that helped my sister, her family, and myself was super nice and helpful. I was also very impressed with the other staff as well. Just nice to get good vibes from the people that are there to help you.
