Panera Bread

My sandwich is a complete disaster and not worth the $6.99 your location charges for it. Barely any chicken, Roasted peppers and eggs are cut up into pieces. Also, hardly any sauce and I did order extra sauce in my Chipotle chicken & egg with Avo breakfast sandwich. Not only is this thing so tiny but It's horrible and not even appealing to eat. What was even more upsetting is the managers response to my complaint and how this is considered normal at this establishment. 1st photo is what you think you are ordering. The other 2 is what I actually received and they stated that this is normal.

Soup tastes watered down. Unsure if it's the location or if Panera has cheapened their recipes. Thought it was a fluke the first time at this location but just as disappointing the second time. Plus the bowls are practically the size of what a cup used to be. Already overpriced and then tastes like I'm dipping bread in warm cup of water for dinner. Staff was sweet and lovely

Stopped for a quick bite at Panera Bread and had a wonderful experience thanks to Sandra, the cashier. She was incredibly pleasant and direct, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear she loves her job, and her positive attitude made a significant impact on my visit. It’s a great feeling to buy food where the staff genuinely cares about their customers. Quality of the food has gone down. Smaller portions and increased prices. Could be me, but the food taste more like it’s just defrosted and no longer taste like it is freshly made. Overpriced now for what you actually receive.

I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado egg sandwich and when I opened up the sandwich there were a few scraps of chicken. I requested to speak to a manager and no manager was there and they all told me if I wanted more chicken I had to pay for it.
