Panera Bread

I would've given the food 5 stars but the "special" item i tried - the Lobster Mac and Cheese just smelled fishy to the point where I almost didn't eat it. I'm glad I did because it was tasty... but I can picture someone being turned off and not eating it. Side note: the Citrus Punch is excellent and they need to keep that on the permanent menu.

I was eating at your White Marsh restaurant today. There was a Panera employee wiping off tables next to us. She suddenly sat down looking very pale and short of breath. We ask if she was okay and she said no, that she was sick but couldn't get anyone to cover for her. Since we were finished eating, we got up to leave. But I realized that this was not right, that a sick employee should not be working around people, especially in food service. I went to talk to the manager and his answer was, " she has laryngitis". Nevertheless she could be coming down with the flu or covid. I felt like he blew me off and couldn't have been less concerned. Another woman heard me and said she saw the same employee. I ordered a Green Goddess Chicken Cob Salad. I had to wait for it to be finished even though I was notified that it was done. When I got to my hotel and went to eat my dinner, there was no chicken on the saddle. While they admitted that I had placed the order correctly and they removed the charge from my bill, that did nothing to get me the dinner I ordered and expected. Two thumbs down.

Food is good , takes a long time to get your food but it’s good and hot . Place could definitely use some updating and especially a deep cleaning

Girl at the front was so sweet her can’t remember her name but it started with an A! However the girl with curly hair actually making the food looked at me like I ended her ducking bloodline when I said she forgot my drink. Had to wait a full 2 minutes for her to finish talking about her tattoos for her to even look at me. But girl at the front was still great
