Panera Bread

I get that breakfast sandwiches are usually a little bit lacking with the eggs but this is just ridiculous... Genuinely who put this together and thought to themselves "yep, this works" ?????? This was the vegetarian option btw, so this was literally the ONLY thing on the sandwich. Whispers of an egg and a half slice of cheese smh.

I ordered a chai latte to go with my meal. After 15 minutes my meal arrived, but not the chai latte. I asked if it was ready and they said they had forgotten it and would make it right away. Another 10 minutes went by and I asked again and was told by the manager they are making it right now. I waited another 10 minutes and I was told they are still making it. By that time, my meal was finished and the hot items I was saving to have with the chai latte were cold. I spoke with the manager and they rudely stated the chai latte was already prepared and that it did not matter if it was late because at least it was prepared. Disappointed tonight at Panera. My wife and I went earlier today. Almost every table had not been cleaned, a couple had water or soda spilled, and most had crumbs or litter on the floor. I ordered a sandwich and soup. It came with...a chunk of bread on the side. I was not asked about a side dish. With the soup came...a other chunk of bread. ??? My wife ordered an Apple chicken salad. What was given was a bowl of mixed greens - no chicken, no apple, no feta. I did mention it at the counter and she did receive a correct salad. This was my 2nd visit to this Panera. Don't know if/when we'll try it again. For almost $40 we were very underwhelmed.

I just came to panera bread in Parker... I was all excited about getting an orange scone. However, I walked in and asked the lady in front of me if she had already been helped. She said yes. I waited for a few minutes, and nobody even acknowledged me. It was like I invisible. I didn't exist. And the sad part is, there were FOUR employees that we're behind the pastry counter, and that walk past twice, and not one of them acknowledged me as I stood in front of the pastries. I will never go here again. I actually found a really nice french bakery off of Arapahoe road and I-25 area. They always acknowledge me either when I walk in or while i'm in line, and they say, I'll be with you in a minute. If you young people don't think customer service is a thing.Think again! Ordered an Egg Avocado Sandwich via Rapid Pickup and it’s packed with missing both the cheese and the avocado. What makes this more frustrating is that someone signed off saying the order correctness was verified—clearly it was not. I called the location twice to resolve the issue and no one answered. Tried using the in-app support, which honestly feels like a 10-year-old design. Even after logging in and selecting the exact order I’m having a problem with, the app still asks for name, email, phone number, store details, and time of order. All of this information already exists. This is unnecessary friction and a poor customer experience.
