Panera Bread

The location is a disappointment. Manager stated that they host corporate meetings there and cannot let anyone in( even to use the bathroom). I can validate the recent 1 star reviews. I would recommend if this a corporate location to "DO BETTER!" And adversting online that the location is pick up only!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Panera Bread. I found a small dead fly in my salad, which is extremely concerning. This likely happened because the ingredients were not washed properly. I expect better hygiene and food safety standards from a place like Panera. Definitely not what I expected.

I mean, it’s a Panera bread but you basically have to order online and have them take it to your car. This is really inconvenient. If you have all you can sip membership your coffee orders will not turn out the way that you are used to. Because you have to somehow describe exactly how you like your coffee made and expect them to get it done. Also, you have to order on the app. You can’t walk into the store and speak to a human during most normal business hours. I visited at 9 AM in the morning. This is incredibly frustrating for me. I understand the need for safety because this area is not the safest and they have a lot of addicts around. But there has to be a better solution than this. It would also be significantly more convenient if they would the note that only their café is open an

We were staying in a hotel nearby and walked to Panera to get some dinner. This place looks like an abandoned nuclear bunker, with just one small window open for drive through. There was no obvious way for us to order anything or to pick up an online order, since we didn't have a car - and walking up to a drive through window is not a safe activity. I have no idea how this place stays in business, it is probably only regulars who know how to get any food out of it. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. This is not a user friendly place to get food

This is not your normal Panera. We are Sip Club members and travel all across the country and stop at Paneras everywhere. We drove across town to work here only to find the dining room is closed even though it's fully functional. The business listing shows tables and indoor dining. If they are going to make you order ahead and not allow you to sit in the restaurant the listing should be quite clear. And should this Panera even exist? It's like no other we have ever visited. Very frustrating.
