I love Panera but they need to hire more workers here, this is my third time here and I’m always waiting longer than usual, this time I waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches. Don’t usually write reviews but hoping upper management sees this. I will be asking for a full refund.
The girl who took our order was absolutely rude. The customer service here is terrible. They need to fire the manager and the girl who works at the counter and start over.
Evan helped me with my order, shoutout to him for great customer service. Whoever made sandwich in the kitchen did a great job as well.
These five stars are for the beautiful manager Jazmia, who successfully redeemed my experience from yesterday. But yesterday we had horrible service and our food was not the best! I explained everything to Jazmia on this morning. She was kind and understanding and asked if she could make our meals over again. Hey I'm not turning down a free meal. We are OTR and it's hard out here lol. Overall, we are pleased and we have lunch for today lol
Waited for an hour just to hear from the rude lady that they ran out of food!! Staff were extremely rude - raised voice at customers who have been waiting for an hour.
