Panera Bread

I went thru the drive thru today and ordered $21 worth of food. The almond danish I ordered was completely burnt. It didnt look or taste like the almond danish that I usually get. That's bad customer service. When you all pulled it out of the oven, it was burnt and you saw that and you still decided to sell it. I should have looked at the reviews before I visited this branch. My sandwich was cold as well. 🙄 Please go to another panera location. Not this one. When you don't give people what they ask for and still charge the same amount, it's the same as stealing!

Very rude manager, I got bunch of stuff including chocolate croissants. When I took a bite I went back and asked if it was from yesterday. They said, it is from today but it was a mistake they didn’t proof the dough right. They asked if I want refund. I forgot my refund and trashed the croissant. Then I went back I saw all the croissants are still on the shelf for sale. I said it is not right to sell these to customer, it will damage the brand trust. She was like crazy, she started tell me everybody’s opinion is different, may be others like it, etc. she kept asking me if I got my refund and try to tell me shout up we fixed your problem. I told her okay I was here and tried to eat here then figured out it want right and got my refund, how about other people who cannot come back because

Superb customer service. Friendly staff who go above and beyond ! Good solid tasty sandwiches..I had the Hot Italian. Superb coffee. The dark roast w half and half and cinnamon is incredible! The broccoli cheddar soup was the best.it was very good! The potatoe soup is a little thin and bland in my opinion and the French onion has an odd tangy taste. The atmosphere is calm with great music playing. Overall a good lunch choice. Service again is the best !

Pleasant surprise! We've visited the Hilton Head location several times and had passable meals. Today was lovely. Hot sandwiches full of flavor, chilled salad, 4 delicious chocolate cheesecake bites.. and some amazing strawberry basil Fresca! Friendly service, clean environment and smiles all around. Great quality food and customer service. The young lady at the register this morning at 8am was on top of it ready to help with everything and beyond, available and thorough. We really felt cared for as my family and I stopped by on our road trip. I thought the games and dog bowls outside were so cute and inviting too.
