Panera Bread

The food tasted good, but for the price you pay, you should be getting a portion of the same value. They don't pay servers, so you have to pick up your food and dump your dirty plates. Sounds greedy and and a rip off. You can get better, cheaper and a bigger portion of Mac and cheese at Arby's.

Haven't Been in some time, it was lunch time, and we wanted some fresh loaves of bread and bagels togo, but there was hardly anything to choose from, is this how it is nowato go, Most of the empty tables were all dirty, Food was Okay, the Mexican corn chowder was very very thick! The baguette seemed old not fresh. Was hoping the bagel sandwiches were still available but they were discontinued 😩 Place needs a fresh update and smiling faces when you walk in, miss the days of cashiers and not ordering on a machine :(

It’s now been multiple times recently that I’ve visited this location around 8:30am and the bagel display is practically empty with almost all varieties sold out including my favorite Asiago bagel. The first few times I figured they had a busy day. But now with it happening more often, I’m not sure that’s the case. Also, I know this most likely has nothing to do with this branch, or anything that they can do about it, but the new cinnamon rolls are horrible. The vanilla cinnamon rolls carried prior were way better..

We ordered some good and I got bacon/ Mac and cheese and unfortunately the Mac didn't have any bacon. I spoke to Scottie on the phone and he realized the mistake and knew it was late since they were closing. He said he would fix this for me ant for me to stop in if I could and he would give me the bacon and refund me for the Mac and cheese. He was really sincere and polite. As a small business owner myself, I know around closing things can get hectic. I just wanted to say thank you Scottie for doing the right thing and making me and my wife a happy customer. We will be back. Customer service is huge, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

We ordered food for our office, some of the food was labeled, while some sandwiches were not. This made dispersing the food very difficult. One of the sandwiches looked mangles. I put a photo below. Definitely won't be ordering there again.
