Worse ever, hummus sandwich came without the hummus and tons of lettuce, tuna sandwich came with less than a teaspoon of tuna. All the food came out wrong and to fix the order took 15 minutes on top of the 20 minute initial wait! Keep driving stay away!

Came in after a while not trying Panera because of quality of food and customer service getting worse over time and boy has it gotten even worse !! This is a brand new location that I wanted a try since there are not many food choices in the area, and the food quality was so opposite of their advertised photos etc and service was so cold and unwelcoming. Panera has gone down the gutter. For a long time since the beginning years, had I been a big loyal customer for their exceptional service and good quality food, but now I must warn others that this chain has totally changed for the much worse. Food tasted and looked awful and might I add that it made me feel disgusted and sick to my stomach. Never again !!

Walked in to place a to go order of the Sesame Oriental Chicken Salad. Grabbed my salad and went directly to my car to eat. The lettuce was soft, limp and old. The other ingredients were great. I feel like they should have known better and they skimped on the freshness.

Stopped in to get a soufflé. The first thing the staff asked is if we wanted a pup cup or a dog bone. Our dog preferred the pup cup of course. Ordered and went outside to eat. The soufflé appeared different than the ones up north but still tasty.

Food was good but that’s really hard to screw up. There were plenty of workers when we came in but waited over 30 minutes for the food for two people. There was no one managing the counter so people were lined up with requests because orders were messed up. While waiting and watching we witnessed over a dozen order mistakes. When our food finally arrived the wrong dressing was with the salad. Never never going back to this location, poor management and under-motivated employees.
