Amazing food and great customer service! I ordered the Broccoli Cheddar Soup Bread Bowl and French Ciabatta Dipper, and it's enough to feed 2 people for a bit less than $15 per person, which is a bit steep, but everything tasted great! They did forget my bread bowl on my second order, but they were quick to fix it without any issues. I highly recommend splitting a meal with someone to get the most value for the price, and just be sure to check your order before leaving. Overall, Panera Bread has very delicious food and helpful staff! Definitely give it a try sometime!
Finally stoked about getting Panera in our town after going to Oregon and Washington's. The staff was nice but the food was nothing like the others. Mac n cheese over priced, half of a "sandwich" if you even consider it a sandwich was SO dry and hardly any chicken on it along with hardly any avacado. Our Flatbread pizza was undercooked as you can see in pictures. Had to cook it at home to make edible. Not to mention my husband tried to order a few different things off the menu and they were out or the machines were down. The drive thru is ridiculous, the should have switched it the opposite way, and the lobby is extremely small, nothing like other Paneras. Maybe in a few months or a year they will fix some things, at least fix the food. For the price your consumers pay it should be better
Wow what an amazing place! The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable about their food! I got to be a part of the opening day and was the first to order! What an experience! The atmosphere was very clean and modern and everyone working was so wonderful. I got to meet the manager and chat with him for a bit. Thank you Craig! I am so excited to have a Panera and look forward to many more trips to the store!
We both ordered salads. I thought $22. For a tea and "small" salad was crazy. Associates were nice. The place was clean. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Indoor outdoor seating. There is lots of parking.
So paid 15 dollars for some avocado toast and a parfait from the app showed up to something I could have made in my kitchen for 3 dollars. Everyone running a muck about Chipotles serving to cost ratio but Panera out here skating free…what are we doing here! Honestly never again
