Panera Bread

CNBC recently published an article stating Panera is losing customers due to smaller portions. I just ordered lunch for the group and here is what one of the women received, her hand is on the smaller side and she ordered half sandwich with mac&cheese. Smaller portions are fine, even good, however match the price with the portion.

Would definitely not recommend them for a breakfast pickup order for catering. Placed order day before and got an email that my order was ready at scheduled time but walked in to my order not even started yet. Order was ready 20 mins late and not even in a box like website states. Not sure why you would just throw 20 bagels in a bag and missing a cream cheese. Will not be coming back for breakfast with them.

Really impressed with Alicia the store manager here. They got my order messed up (wrong sandwich) and even though they're 7 minutes down the street, I didn't feel like driving to resolve this due to the bad traffic - I also don't HATE tuna but the price is different and I wanted bacon today lol. Called the store and Alicia took care of business for me and remedied the situation. Grateful!!!

Whether it’s the fresh soup straight from Panera’s kitchen or bought in a container from the grocery store I highly recommend. The tomato, baked potato, or squash soup will not disappoint you. Goodness, the squash soup bought directly from the restaurant and the store bought are equally as good. I hope the squash soup is available forever.

First time at this location and I will definitely be back! Was warmly welcomed with a smile by British! I was stuck on whether to go with soup or chili, when he highly recommended the chili. I commented that I had never had their chili and he offered me a sample. It was delicious! Thanks Panera for having someone like British as your go to person!!! He definitely makes a difference! Well done!
