Let me tell yall how I ordered and accidentally picked the wrong location! I didn’t have enough time to change it and I didn’t want to cancel! I was able to call the THIS LOCATION (Ridgewood) and the manager Ryan was able to save my order and make it fresh for when I arrived after work! The customer service was superb! My food was at the rapid pickup when I arrived, the ladies was friendly! And when I thanked the manager in person he was awesome! Def will have to order from here again! I don’t get this treatment at Woodhaven 😩🙄

Panera Bread on Metropolitan Ave is one of my go-to spots for a quick, healthy bite. The food is consistently fresh and delicious love their soups, salads, and of course, the bread! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for both dine-in and takeout. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the waiting time during busy hours it can take a while to get your order. Also, customer service can feel a bit rushed or inattentive at times, depending on who’s working. Still, it’s a reliable spot with a great menu and plenty of seating. I’ll definitely keep coming back, just with a little extra patience!

By far the worst location 1/10 stars. This location has been really disappointing despite giving it a chance for the 3rd attempt. Grilled cheese sandwich was burnt making this unpleasant to eat. Like why? I would not recommend this Panera at all. Save your money.

I had an incredible experience at Panera Bread, all thanks to the staff, especially Ryan. I called to see if they had seven blueberry muffins, and even though they didn't, Ryan promptly offered to bake fresh ones, which only took 20 minutes. The customer service was absolutely incredible. While I waited, I was even allowed to get a drink and wait in my car before paying. The freshly made muffins were delicious, and the cashier was also very helpful, making the entire visit a five-star experience.

I called this location three days ago asking for a Panera where people could sit and work with reliable Wi-Fi. The employee on the phone told me to go to their Metropolitan Avenue location. When I arrived, I discovered it’s a to-go center with limited menu items, soft drinks, no proper seating, and Wi-Fi that isn’t suitable for working. I spoke to the manager about the misinformation, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, he told me, “Oh, you probably should have tried the one on Metropolitan Avenue,” which is exactly where I was. The lack of knowledge and coordination here is astounding. This was a complete waste of time, money, and I wouldn’t recommend relying on staff guidance at this location.
