Customer Reviews
The new harvest salad was excellent as was the cranberry chicken salad sandwich on sourdough. I got the you pick two for lunch and the food was so delicious. It’s very hard to get into their parking lot and the spaces are tight.
Surprisingly tasty and not quite as expensive as I’m used to at Panera. Overall, it was a good experience. They also have an outdoor seating area, too.
I’ve got the sip club membership. Which means I get a free drink every day, so I come here for that. It’s quick and easy - painless. The place is clean the staff is quick. I’ve gotten soups and sandwiches too. They’ve all been good. Ordered some food for a grad party from here though. And that was a whole fiasco. It was supposed to be picked up in Roseville at 11 o’clock. It wasn’t here at 11 o’clock and it wasn’t ever coming here. Had to go pick it up at the Highland Park location
The restaurant’s warm and inviting ambiance created a cozy dining experience. However, the mayonnaise was excessively generous, making it challenging to savor the food without it spreading everywhere. Interestingly, the restroom had a code lock, where the code is conveniently listed at the bottom of the receipt. It would have been more convenient if the restaurant could inform customers about the code when they place their order instead of requiring them to find it by the bathroom door. This would save them unnecessary trips back and forth. Additionally, what happens if a customer throws away their receipt? In that case, they would need to return to the front desk and request a code, which could be an additional task for the front desk staff.
Unfortunately as I walked in to pick up my order, I greeted the employees and the girl that was at the front (who appears to be stocking boxes of some sort) she didn’t respond with a greeting. She just aggressively pointed her hand to pick up, I said “What?” She said “Go talk to them” with an agitated tone I then responded “I didn’t understand your pointing, I spoke to you and you didn’t respond”. I understand everyone has bad days but still hope that a level of professionalism is maintained.
