Wasn’t excited about the $8.99 value duets going away, but this chicken fuji salad and tomato soup with baguette for $11.98 hits still. Panera has nailed healthier comfort food down to a science.

Place was not too crowded, great customer service, cleanliness. It was fantastic

Momo and I have been enjoying our 🥗 🥖 lunches at different Panera Bread locations in Irvine/Lake forest areas. Today we came here to see the 🦖 🦕 Dino displays at the outlet in SC and to my surprise this Panera is the BEST 🌟 we have visited! The chicken salad in the To go container that I usually get is actually filled to the TOP , unlike all the other Paneras that only fill 2/3 of the bowl, and ingredients are abundant and generous. Everything tastes great and the staff were very kind to me and my service dog. Thank u all for everything! We live 45 min away without traffic and hope to visit you soon!

So here’s the thing… my family and I come to this Panera ALL the time. We’re regulars and the food is always great. But after today, I’m done. I will NOT be eating here again. I deliver with Uber Eats on the side to support my kid by myself. I actually enjoy it, and I take pride in my work. I walked in today, like I’ve done a hundred times, to pick up a to-go order. The screen wasn’t showing anything, so I politely asked the blonde woman working the to-go counter about it. And in front of everybody standing there she goes, “Oh, you’re here with DoorTHIEF.” Not DoorDash… DoorTHIEF. (And I don’t even work for DoorDash, but whatever.) I was honestly shocked.
