Staff is lovely and the food is tasty and fresh. They are very accommodating and follow your requests. Very inconvenient when the kiosks are faulty, lagging, or full on out of service. Other than that the venue itself is well kept and clean. Staff is consistently seen cleaning around the restaurant and making sure the dining area stays neat looking. Sometimes they do run out of items when you order online and do not inform you so they replace the item with something random (one star off for that.) They renovated the outdoor patio for dining which is adorable. It serves as a delightful casual place to enjoy a light meal or coffee with friends or alone to catch up on some work or enjoy a snack.

Today, only half my order arrived--and I was hangry. I called the location phone number and the manager was not only apologetic and accountable, he also offered to deliver the remaining items to my door himself. I have never experienced that level of service at a fast casual chain and I'm super impressed how he turned a disappointing experience into a great experience. He deserves a raise! Thank you!

I’m surprised this establishment is still open and “running.” The employees were rude and unwelcoming. I felt embarrassed just for asking a simple question, and when I double-checked to confirm if that was my order, I was met with attitude instead of basic courtesy from a young Black woman working there. The bathroom was extremely dirty and appeared poorly maintained. I only came in for takeout, but it did not give a good impression of cleanliness overall. Prices are higher than the same location in Tarrytown, with no clear explanation. The smoothies are nearly $8 and served in a very small plastic cup, which feels overpriced. Customer service through online support was also unhelpful, and no resolution was offered. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returnin

After already waiting in line the manager and the cashier had no idea how to put in my sip club reward and forced me to get out out of line and place a mobile order and then once I placed the mobile order, they forced me to get back in line to hand me a large cup. I shouldn’t have to wait in line twice to get a cup. Clearly the cashier and manager at this location need to revisit a few training videos about their rewards program.

Would leave 0 stars if I could . My mother went to this establishment to grab a quick lunch during her nursing shift and was met with an attitude by the cashier ( Jeremy) when there was a discrepancy with change . She then gave a name and continued her convo with me on the phone while waiting for her name to be called. Just to add some background she hadn’t eaten at Panera before and this was her first experience here. While sitting and waiting and talking to me , the cashier was talking about the change discrepancy to another guest and then proceeds to tell my mother when she asks if her order was ready that “ if you weren’t on your phone , you would know your order was ready 5 minutes ago”. She was then still just going to take her food and leave but then I told her absolutely not , that
