Panera Bread

Did an online drive thru order for a Cesar salad. Got all the way home to find no salad dressing. No compensation for their mistake. Would you eat a dry salad?

It felt like the scene from the movie " life" when Claude and Ray went to get some pie and all the white ppl looked and stared at them. Atmosphere was kinda bougee and the lady completely ignored me but was talking about trying a free sample of whatever to everyone else I don't like places like that.

My husband & I ordered soup & a tuna sandwich today from Panera in Shelton CT. Never again. There was so much mayo in the tuna, it all squeezed out of the sandwiches all over the wrapper. It tasted terrible. The lettuce was wilted and old. The soup is supposed to come with croutons but neither of us got croutons. Terrible experience. We called the general Panera complaint number & told them. They apologized but offered no compensation of any kind. They reassured us that we’d “remain anonymous”. I told him I could care less because we won’t be going to Panera again anyway. They are way too expensive to be so bad. Jersey Mikes’s makes MUCH better tuna and is always consistent. Bye Panera! Don’t waste your money here.

Enjoyed a nice meal with my friend. We were able to talk without having the hustle of wait staff coming over. The food is always good. I had the autumn squash soup amd Asian salad. My friend enjoyed a Baja bowl. So good!

My wife and I had lunch at Panera January 6 she had a dipper I had soup and half a sandwich it was very good she has been here before it was my first time they gave me a free cookie
